Delivery

You’re just a step or two away from your beautiful Notch floor being delivered. The most important advice we can give you, is to be super prepared for delivery. We want your whole Notch experience to be a great one. We’ll always give you the best personalised service, throughout.


Delivery information

For order quantities of over 100 square metres or more, delivery is free of charge to mainland UK addresses. This is a 3-4 working day service between 9am – 3pm once your flooring is ready for despatch.

For the delivery of orders less than 100 square metres there will be a delivery charge of £150.00 plus VAT (Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm excluding bank/public holidays)

On the day, be prepared

As the delivery will be kerbside (only) we highly recommend arranging for skilled operatives to be present, so that they can take safe receipt of the delivery, safely transporting the flooring from the delivery vehicle into the property/site for installation.

Unfortunately, should there be no skilled operatives on hand to receive and offload your flooring, we will need to return the consignment to Notch HQ. This is a rare occurrence but in the event it does happen, we would re-schedule a delivery time with you and an additional delivery charge will apply.


All as expected?

We always recommend carefully checking the received goods to make sure there is no visible damage and there are no missing items. If all is as it should be, please sign for the order which is tantamount to accepting the goods in perfect condition. For any damage incurred beyond this point we regrettably cannot be held responsible.


Not what you were expecting?

Although rare, should the flooring you receive be damaged or any items missing, please be sure to note all relevant details on the courier’s documentation. We would ask you to contact us as a matter of priority and we will pull out all the stops to fix the issue.
